Where is REEF bread made?
REEF breads sold in the UAE are freshly baked there — the packs list the manufacturer as VBD Organic Food Manufacturing, Dubai. REEF breadsticks and crackers are produced in Jordan by Style for Bakery & Healthy Food, according to their jars.
Does REEF bread contain added sugar?
No. Every REEF bread, breadstick and cracker shows 0.0 g of added sugar per serving on its nutrition label, and the pasta packs state “no added sugar”.
Is REEF bread gluten-free?
No. All REEF breads, breadsticks and crackers contain gluten. Brown Rice Bread is a low-gluten option — the pack states 70% less gluten per serving — but it is not gluten-free.
What about nut allergies?
High Protein Bread, Protein Plus Breadsticks and High Protein Crackers contain almond flour. The other breads are made in a facility that also uses almonds. Always check the allergen panel on the pack.
Can I freeze it?
The breads, yes — the packs state they are suitable for freezing and stay valid for 6 months when frozen. Otherwise keep them in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag. Breadsticks and crackers don’t need freezing: keep the jar in a cool, dry place; they are valid for 12 months.
Is it suitable for vegans?
The eight square breads and all five breadsticks are marked “100% vegan” on the pack. The Tortilla Bread pack is marked “suitable for vegetarians”. Check other packs individually.
